Returns Policy

Products may be returned to us in their original condition including packaging. You (the customer) must arrange for returning goods at your own cost. Items should be properly packaged and insured against loss or any damage and returned to the address on your delivery note. Please include a copy of your invoice and notification that you would like a refund. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged upon arrival at our premises. Any orders returned outside of the above schedule will either be refused or levied with a service and handling charge. This will be the greater value of £5.00 (Five pounds) or 15% of the value of the goods. Any adjustment in our outward delivery costs would need paying by the customer.
